Getting expert medical assistance from an english speaking doctor whilst travelling or working abroad can be crucial and help speed up the treatment process. Here’s the word; Customers who are covered by one of the tifgroup brands will have access to a new digital out-patient health service for an even better customer experience. If they fall ill abroad, they can use Air Doctor’s global medical network to arrange a local doctor’s appointment – promptly and easily. tifgroup’s brands include Holidaysafe, Insurancewith, Flexicover and DOGTAG. The service will also be available on Get Going, albert & eddie, Alpha and Citybond Suretravel. It means if customers fall ill or have a medical issue abroad they can find the most appropriate, English-speaking local doctor quickly and easily, without the stress of having to ask for advice in a foreign country where they might not speak the language. The other big plus is that they don’t have to pay for the consultation and no need to fill in a lengthy claim form– the payment is processed by tifgroup’s insurer, Collinson, who handle claims and assistance services. Meeting the Growing Need for Travel Health Solutions Getting sick abroad is one of the biggest worries for holidaymakers. Air Doctor’s digital service allows them to easily schedule a doctor’s appointment with vetted doctors in a clinic, at their accommodation or by video consultation.
