Here’s the word; Customers who are covered by one of the tifgroup brands will have access to a new digital out-patient health service for an even better customer experience. If they fall ill abroad, they can use Air Doctor’s global medical network to arrange a local doctor’s appointment – promptly and easily. tifgroup’s brands include Holidaysafe, Insurancewith, Flexicover and DOGTAG. The service will also be available on Get Going, albert & eddie, Alpha and Citybond Suretravel. It means if customers fall ill or have a medical issue abroad they can find the most appropriate, English-speaking local doctor quickly and easily, without the stress of having to ask for advice in a foreign country where they might not speak the language. The other big plus is that they don’t have to pay for the consultation and no need to fill in a lengthy claim form– the payment is processed by tifgroup’s insurer, Collinson, who handle claims and assistance services.
