28 Aug 2024 Real-time credit reference agency AperiData has become the latest Open Banking provider to be listed as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Open Banking Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). When the Open Banking DPS launched in December 2023, CCS said it will enable the public sector to “access a complete suite of Open Banking services and account-to-account payment under a single agreement for the first time”. Nicola Dunn, commercial director at AperiData, wrote on LinkedIn that it “underscores AperiData’s commitment to delivering safe, secure, and efficient services to UK government departments and the wider public sector”. “The CCS Open Banking DPS is the primary platform for sourcing Open Banking services across the public sector. “AperiData’s inclusion in this framework highlights our dedication to supporting the public sector’s digital transformation efforts through innovative and reliable Open Banking solutions,” Dunn added. AperiData is the latest organisation to be confirmed as a government-approved Open Banking supplier, alongside Equifax, NatWest, Moneyhub, Ecospend, GoCardless, Ordo and PayPoint, among others. Citizens Advice Stevenage was the first to implement the solution and, in the 12 months since launch with Citizens Advice Bureau, offices in Cambridge, Dover, Stockport, Oldham, Rochdale and Trafford have also adopted the solution. The investment enabled AperiData to expand its Open Banking solutions and embark on the next phase of growth. AperiData is an event partner of Open Banking Expo UK & Europe 2024.
