How Nuvo Group benefits their customers

Customers evaluate the quality of Nuvo Group’s products using the following success metrics.

As we are conducting pilots and early-stage commercial projects, the primary KPIs have been in the form of positive patient and provider feedback. Surveys capturing patient and provider satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) are regularly administered by customers to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, a majority of customers conducted validation studies prior to purchasing INVU to ensure the technology worked to their standards. These trials were often done comparing the INVU platform to the existing in-clinic monitoring solutions and INVU consistently performed on par or better than the existing in-clinic tools. Scientific posters have been presented on many of these trials at key industry conferences including the annual meetings of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine. Long-term customers expect to see increased patient satisfaction and higher compliance rates with pregnancy monitoring protocols. Additionally, several customers leveraging INVU to better serve patients in remote areas are expecting to see a reduction in spontaneous presentation to a hospital which often requires medivac (due to the nature of rural areas) and is extremely costly to the healthcare system.
