Superscript will provide the service through a heightened co-branded digital journey, with its proprietary technology serving members with tailored insurance from its full range of covers in five minutes or less*. Checkatrade members will also have access to human support if they need it, through a five-star team of customer support specialists** – over the phone or via an online chat function. The cover is flexible, and can be amended at any time with no extra cost. The dedicated online customer portal will provide instant access to documents and proof of cover, as well as access to an in-house claims team.
