Comprehensive M&A data with integrated detailed company information Jusp shareholders aim to pitch Poste Italiane and Bassilichi - source   Posted on Wednesday, 17 August 2016 13:03 Shareholders of Jusp, an Italian provider of electronic payments solutions, aim to pitch Poste Italiane (BIT: PST) and Bassilichi for acquiring the asset, said a source with direct knowledge of the matter to journalists working with Bureau Van Dijk. Talks have not yet started as shareholders will make a decision before the end of this year, as current owners may also recap further the company, said the source. Poste Italiane is the listed Italian mail operator. Bassilichi, based in Siena area, is a privately owned provider of solutions for electronic payments, back office services and safety. According to Aida, by Bureau Van Dijk, Jusp belongs to Principia (38.25 per cent), Swopapp (35.09 per cent), Payment Active Investors (21.05 per cent), Vertis (5.61 per cent). Vertis and Principia have reportedly invested EUR 4.5 million in Jusp through a round A financing. In 2015 Bassilichi posted revenues of EUR 269.94 million, EBITDA of EUR 28.29 million (or 10.4 per cent of turnover), net profits of EUR 2.99 million, equity of EUR 47.1 million and net debt of EUR 74.38 million. According to Zephyr database, on 4 June 2015 press reports said that Bassilichi was considering the launch of an IPO.
