Lip-Bu Tan | Lip-Bu Tan joined Intel Corporation’s board of directors in September 2022. Tan served as executive chair of the board of directors of Cadence Design Systems Inc., a computational software company providing solutions used to design and develop complex semiconductor chips and electronic systems, from December 2021 to May 2023, and as a member of its board since 2004. He was the company’s chief executive officer from 2009 to 2021, and its president from 2009 to 2017. Tan is also the chair of Walden International, the venture capital firm he founded in 1987, and is the founding managing partner of Celesta Capital and Walden Catalyst Ventures.
