Philippe joined Accel in 2011 after working in the technology industry for more than 15 years, including close to ten years in Silicon Valley. Philippe focuses on cloud computing, enterprise and marketplace businesses. He is responsible for the firm’s investments in UiPath (Enterprise automation), Docusign (NASDAQ: DOCU), Fiverr (NYSE: FVRR), Doctolib (healthcare SaaS), Snyk (security), Blablacar (ridesharing community), Melio (B2B payments), Algolia (search-as-a-service), Payfit (online payroll), Gloat (talent marketplace) and Chainalysis (Blockchain forensics and compliance). He also co-led Accel's investment in Crowdstrike (NASDAQ: CRWD). Prior to joining Accel, Philippe worked five years in the Menlo Park office of Bessemer Venture Partners, a global venture firm, where he led or supported investments in early and late stage companies in the US and Europe, including: Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD), Eloqua: NASDAQ: ELOQ, acq. By Oracle), Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO), Bizo (acq. LinkedIn) and Intacct (acq. Sage). Before joining Bessemer, Philippe spent eight years with the high-tech practice of McKinsey in Silicon Valley and Europe, specializing in the software and Internet industries. Philippe also served in the French Navy.
