Taking this to market, David founded Verrency, a global fintech company that provides ‘innovation-as-a-service’, enabling issuers to deliver the latest payment capabilities fast and cost effectively through their existing payments infrastructure. By giving its consumers unprecedented flexibility and control over how they pay, Verrency’s cutting-edge features drive growth and increase customer satisfaction. Verrency also enables innovation across the payments ecosystem, providing fintechs and other innovative payment services the ability to be easily connected and distributed through issuers at scale. In addition, David serves as an Honorary Fellow within the Faculty of Business and Economics at the prestigious University of Melbourne, as the Chair of the Australian Centre for Financial studies ‘Funding Australia’s Future IV’ and sits on a number of boards and advisory boards.

Morris Miller & Matt Rhodes-Kropf formed Tectonic Ventures in 2016 to invest in and act as advisors to founders, startups and established technology companies. Prior to founding Tectonic Ventures, Mr. Miller founded Sequel Ventures, LLC (Sequel - 2005) and Cutstone Ventures, LLC. Through Sequel, Mr. Miller invested in companies like Xenex Disinfection Services LLC, Golfballs.com and Adometry (acquired by Google).
