Andrei joined Accel in 2014 and works with the team on enterprise software, developer-oriented software, open-source, security, financial services, and Web3/crypto. Andrei has led Accel’s investment in Checkly, Conduktor, Ermetic, Genesis, Humio (acquired by CrowdStrike), Komodor, Lightdash, Lighthouse, Nansen, Rasa, Raycast, Rows, Sky Mavis, Sorare, Tenderly, and Tessian. He has also worked closely with Celonis, Instana, Monzo, Personio, and UiPath. Prior to Accel, Andrei spent a decade in the US and worked with Foundation Capital and KCG/Virtu, the largest equities high-frequency trading firm in the US. He holds an AB summa cum laude in Mathematics from Princeton and an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.
