Outreach Names Abhijit Mitra as New Chief Executive Officer Comments Off on Outreach Names Abhijit Mitra as New Chief Executive Officer Outreach, the first and only Sales Execution Platform built for AI-powered revenue workflows, today announced Abhijit Mitra will be CEO effective immediately. Mitra previously held the position of Outreach’s President of Product and Technology. Manny Medina will step into the role of Executive Chairman of the Board. Mitra brings years of experience building market-leading companies. In his previous role at ServiceNow he created and led the Customer Service Management business unit to make it the company’s fastest growing business, and then created and led Industry Solutions, helping the company expedite its journey from $4B to $10B in revenues. Prior to ServiceNow, he created and directed market-leading B2B enterprise applications at SAP and Oracle. “I am honored to become Outreach’s CEO,” said Mitra. “We are in a pivotal moment in sales, with AI delivering efficiency gains we’ve never seen before. Now is the time for Outreach to demonstrate our expertise in taking revenue technology to new heights – our current AI offering is just the beginning. Outreach is committed to maximizing the potential of every seller and every sales leader.” Mitra joined Outreach one year ago and during his brief tenure, he has delivered the most comprehensive AI sales execution platform in the market.
